Immediately call the national emergency services in Malta at 112.Our company doctor is not an emergency response service and may not be available outside of scheduled hours or within immediate response times required for life-threatening situations.
3. No Professional Liability for Third PartiesWhile we facilitate access to medical professionals, Internships Professionals Ltd acts as a facilitator of these services. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of any third-party healthcare providers, including hospitals or clinics.
4. Student Responsibility & Insurance- Mandatory Insurance: All students are required to maintain valid travel and health insurance (including the European Health Insurance Card for EU nationals) that covers hospitalization, evacuation, and repatriation.
- Personal Health Disclosure: It is the student's responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or chronic illnesses prior to arrival in Malta to ensure proper care.
- Costs: Students are solely responsible for external costs, including medications, specialists fees, and hospital charges.
